Built from recycled cedar wood and treated with the Japanese burnishing technique call Yakisugi-ita, also known as shō sugi ban.

The Japanese kanji mean Ze Zen, sit down and meditate.

Tung oil and beeswax were used to give it shine and a patina. Both are natural products.
